Incredible Strawberry No-Bake Fudge
Ingredients (Makes about 16–20 pieces)

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14 oz / 397 g) can sweetened condensed milk

½ cup strawberry cake mix or strawberry-flavored gelatin powder (dry)

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: pink food coloring, freeze-dried strawberries, or sprinkles
Instructions

Prepare the pan
Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal. -
Melt the base
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. -
Add strawberry flavor
Remove from heat. Stir in strawberry cake mix (or gelatin powder), vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully combined and silky. -
Color & enhance (optional)
Add a drop or two of pink food coloring if desired. Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries for extra flavor and texture. -
Set the fudge
Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with toppings if using. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm. -
Slice & enjoy
Lift out, cut into squares, and serve cold or at room temperature.
